Our Foundation
Clear Concepts was founded in 2000 by Tom Cleary. Prior to establishing the company Tom spent time in aerospace manufacturing engineering, turnaround assignments and preparing manufacturing companies for successful sale. He later took a lead role with a top recruiting firm prior to the founding of our company. Clear Concepts brings experienced team members from the industries we serve. Our firm understands our clients and their needs because we have worked in their world.
Our Approach
As a firm, we represent our clients with knowledge and awareness that provides the picture they want to show potential employees. We maintain a professional environment for candidates to feel comfortable discussing their interests, and we also establish a regular reporting and meeting schedule to provide industry intelligence about the feedback we receive and the job market in their industry. We can provide salary data, employment information, retention advice, and skills-based and industrial psychological testing where requested.

Our Process
- Clear Concepts team will meet with the client to learn about your company, management, culture and your people. Determine the details of the position that we will be recruiting for and the reporting structure, duties, and the absolute requirements for the role.
- Discuss the interview process and the client team involved.
- Our team will develop a search plan targeting the ideal industry, experience and skills. We will review this with the client for additional information. Sourcing and recruitment will begin with contacting and speaking with identified candidates, interviews and discussion of the requirements of the client.
- As we identify qualified candidates, we will make detailed presentations to the client, answer any questions and determine the interview schedule for each candidate.
- Clear Concepts team will handle coordination of the interview schedules, gather feedback from candidate and client for each interview.
- Along with the client we will identify the top candidates for final interview and prepare for the offer stage. This will include assuring that each candidate is excited about the opportunity and interested in an offer to join the company.
- Clear Concepts team will present & negotiate the offer and prepare the candidate for resignation from their current company. Once a start date has been determined we will coordinate with the client and candidate for onboarding assistance.
- Clear Concepts will follow up with both the client and candidate at regular intervals the be sure that the candidate meets expectations and that they are also satisfied with the results.
- Clear Concepts will provide ongoing support where and when requested. We intend to build a long-term relationship working in partnership to support your company goals.
